Meet Info

This weekend we will be traveling to Dale City (14730 Birchdale Ave., Woodbridge, VA 22193). We will be competing rain or shine. In the case of thunder or heavy rain the meet may be delayed or canceled but we will not know until day of as this is up to the discretion of the lifeguards. Be sure to pack warm clothes and extra towels. Please arrive no later than 6:15. Warmups will begin promptly at 6:30. Upon arrival swimmers must have their events written on their arm to ensure they know what they are swimming. Entries are attached. We can’t wait to see you there!

Freestyle Relay Reminder

Freestyle relays are subject to change day of the meet. These relays are generated using the fastest freestyle times from each age group. To give swimmers an idea of whether or not they will be in a relay we seed the relays prior to the meet. However, if a swimmer drops a significant amount of time they may be placed in the relay day of the meet. That being said please make sure to check the relay board after backstroke and check out with me before leaving to prevent any relays from needing to be scratched.

Pep rally

Tonight’s pep rally will be tonight outside the pool from 6-7. We’ll be celebrating 4th of July early so show up in your best red, white, and blue.
